Apple Almond Date and Ginger (Raw Food)
INGREDIENTS
3 Green Apples
5 Dates (pip removed)
300 grams Almonds
1/2 lemon (squeezed)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
METHOD
Quarter and core apples. Remove pips from dates. Place apple, date, almonds and coconut in a food processor and pulse until chopped to granola like mix. Add lemon juice and pulse twice to mix through. Serve either deconstructed in a bowl or roll in small balls to serve.
