INGREDIENTS
1 Granny Smith Apple
1 tsp Gluten Free Baking Soda
11/2 tsp warm water
1 cup Almond Meal
1/4 cup Coconut Flour
2 tablespoon Honey
1/2 Cup Walnut
1 Tablespoon Tahini
60 grams Ghee (dairy free)
METHOD
Chop apple into chunks and place in a food processor. Pulse blend to chop apple. Add ghee, 1 tablespoon honey and tahini and blend until mixed together in a batter. In a cup blend baking soda and warm water and then add to food processor. Pulse blend to mix through. Add almond meal, coconut flower and blend until mixed well. Add half the walnuts and pulse blend. Grease a slice baking tin with ghee. Turn out batter into the tin and press into the slice baking tin. Sprinkle the remain walnuts over the batter and drizzle remaining honey. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top. Cut into squares and store in airtight container.
