Banana Macadamia Blueberry Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

3 Bananas (frozen)

1 Handful Blueberries

1/2 Handful Macadamia Nuts

METHOD

Toast macadamias in a 200 degree Celsius oven until coloring slightly golden.  Remove and set aside to cool.  In a large mortar and pestle pound macadamias to break into medium to fine chunks.  Place bananas and blueberries in food processor bowl and blend until just smooth.  Stop and scrap down sides of bowl as necessary during processing.  Serve with yOnis Goji Berry and Coconut Chocolates and sprinkle with macadamias.
