Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 cup diced cooked chicken

6 Cherry tomatoes (halved)

1 Boiled Egg (chopped)

1 Celery Stalk (diced)

1 Carrot (diced)

1 Avocado (diced)

1 Handful of Cashews

Splash of Palm Vinegar

1/2 Lemon (juice)

METHOD

Mix all ingredients adding Palm Vinegar and Lemon Juice.  Serves 2 (large salads) or 3 Medium
