Contemporary Ground Beef and Vegetable Brekkie

INGREDIENTS

200 grams ground beef

1 small carrot (finely diced)

3 beans (chopped finely)

1 shallot onion (chopped finely)

4 mushrooms (finely diced )

1 teaspoon porcini mushroom (ground)

1 teaspoon ghee/clarified butter or coconut oil

METHOD

Place ghee/clarified butter or coconut oil in a frying pan and heat.  When hot, add ground beef and brown.  Add onion, mushroom, carrot, ground porcini and cook until onion is translucent.
