INGREDIENTS

MEAT PATTIES

1 kg Ground Beef Mince

2 Teaspoons of Ground Cumin

1 Small Onion (finely diced)

Salt & Pepper

2 Eggs

1 desert spoon of Coconut Oil

 

AVOCADO & TOMATO SALAD

1 Ripe Avocado (diced)

1 Large Tomato (diced)

1/2 Cup of Almonds

1/4 Red Onion (finely sliced)

4 Cos Lettuce Leaves

1 Small lemon (squeezed)

METHOD

 

BEEF PATTIES

In a large bowl place ground beef, cumin, onion, eggs, salt and pepper and combine.  In a large fry pan melt coconut oil.  When pan is hot, make patties the size of choice and fry until cooked through (approximately 5 mins each side.    Place on paper toweling to drain oil.

AVOCADO & TOMATO SALAD

In a medium bowl, gently combine avocado, tomato, almonds, onion and squeeze lemon over all for flavor burst and to keep avocado from browning.

Arrange lettuce leaves on serving plates and fill with Avocado & Tomato Salad.  Arrange Beef Patties on plate and serve.  Will serve 3-4 people.
