INGREDIENTS
4 Chicken Breast halves (organic is best)
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
2 Desert spoons of Sesame Oil
Salt
Cracked Pepper
2 Desert spoons of ground sage.
2 Oranges
METHOD
Place oils in large bowl with salt and pepper and ground sage and mix well.
Place chicken breast in oil and rub into skin and flesh of chicken. Place skin down in a hot pan to brown and crisp chicken skin. When golden brown turn over and seal all sides of the breast. Place in an oven dish squeeze one orange over breasts and finish cooking process in a 200 degree Celsius oven for approximately 10-15 minutes. Ensure chicken breast is cooked through (cut thickest part of one breast and check). Remove chicken from oven and squeeze remaining orange over chicken as it is rested for 3 minutes.
Serve with salad or vegetables of your choice. Tastes great with sugar free acai coconut water and spring water.
