INGREDIENTS

 

3 bananas (frozen)

1 cup macadamia nuts

2 teaspoons honey

2 tablespoons shredded coconut

METHOD

Place macadamia nuts on an oven try and toast in a hot oven (200 degrees celsius) until golden brown.  Remove from oven and set aside to cool.

Place bananas, honey, macadamia nuts and shredded coconut in the food processor - blending until smooth texture.  Spoon into two bowls and serve.
