Overcooked Chicken Drumsticks

INGREDIENTS

10 Chicken Drumsticks

1/4 cup Olive Oil

1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil

Salt & Pepper

1 tablespoon ground sage

METHOD

Preheat oven at 200 degrees Celsius

Dry chicken drumsticks with paper toweling.

In a large bowl combine the oils and seasoning.

Rub the chicken well with seasoned oil

Cook chicken well until crust appears on base of pan

Remove from pan, cool and place in sealed top BPA free plastic ware and store in refrigerator.  Serve with salad or eat as a snack.
