PUMPKIN BREAD TOMATO AND LEMON DRESSING

INGREDIENTS

2 teaspoons yOnis' Lemon Mustard Dressing

1 slice of tomato (halved)

1/2 shallot (chopped)

2 slices of yOnis' Pumpkin Bread

 

METHOD

Place 2 slices of pumpkin bread under a hot grill and toast until brown both sides.

Place toast on a plate and arrange tomato and shallots as desired.

In an egg cup place the lemon mustard dressing (use a plastic or ceramic spoon to avoid the metal altering the flavour of the dressing)

Serve with a cup of Lemon Ginger Twinings Tea
